Ansvar för fel

Vi strävar efter att på vår hemsida och i våra kataloger lämna korrekta uppgifter. Samtliga föremål säljs i befintligt skick. Köparen ansvarar för att innan auktion noggrant undersöka och bedöma föremålens skick och beskaffenhet. De uppgifter som lämnas på hemsidan och i kataloger angående äkthet, upphovsman, skick , ålder m.m. är endast vägledande för köparen i dennes undersökningsplikt.   I det fall felaktig uppgift är väsentlig kan detta utgöra grund för hävning av köpet. Västerviks Auktionsbyrå AB förbehåller sig rätten att ändra kataloguppgifter fram till auktionen. Väsentlig ändring skall i så fall informeras om vid auktionen. Normalt slitage utgör inte grund för hävning.

Eventuella fel skall reklameras omedelbart efter det att köparen märkt, eller bort märka, felet. Reklamation skall dock ske senast sju (7) arbetsdagar efter auktionsdagen.

Liability for faults

Our ambition is to present correct information on our internet site  and in the catalogue. All lots are sold as found. The buyer is responsible to examine and assess the condition and nature of lots carefully before the auction takes place. Any details given in the catalogue such as authenticity, condition, age etc. are intended merely as guidance to buyers when examining lots. If material statement is directly misleading this may be grounds for rescinding the purchase. Västerviks Auktionsbyrå AB  reserves the right to change information on the internet site and in the catalogue until the auction starts. Important changes will be notified at the time of the auction. Normal wear and tear are not a ground for rescinding.

Any defects found must be complained as soon as the purchaser has noticed or should have noticed them, and in any event within seven days after the date of the auction.
